Deven C. Coggins is the C, L & L‘s Personal Injury Manager. Coggins earned his Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark College, Northwestern School of Law. Previously working as personal injury law practitioner in Siegfried and Jensen firm, the Ogden Attorney returned to his native place Utah in 1998 and set up his partnership practice with Larreau and Lythgoe.

Addison D. Larreau is the Managing Attorney of C, L & L and therefore in-charge of Client Relations, Business Relations, and Billing and Accounts Receivables. Originally from Seattle, Larreau earned his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Utah College Of Law and moved to Ogden to practice law. His basic experience lies in business law, business organizations, civil litigation, contract law, estate planning, real estate, construction law, criminal law, juvenile law, family law and adoption.

Scott Lythgoe is the Workman‘s Compensation and Social Security Disability Manager of C, L & L. After a nearly 6 year stint as the 2nd lieutenant in the United States Air Force, Lythgoe earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University Of Utah College Of Law. Apart from Workman‘s compensation, his expertise lies in personal injury cases, social security disability benefits, estate planning, criminal defense, juvenile court, adoptions, and guardianships.
